How does shipping work?

1. Mikismart team will take a time span of 2-3 business days to process your order.(quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) Once your order is processed and inspected carefully, we then dispatch it from our facility to the shipping company. Please note it is NOT included in the overall “delivery time”.
2. Delivery times may take 1-3 weeks (business days) from the time of purchase to shipping your order worldwide unless it is specified in the product description.
3. However, please note that under certain circumstances, a delay in processing your order might occur. This is especially pertinent during the holiday season when the incoming orders are at peak, and our team requires additional time to clear your order, ensuring that you receive the accurate order.
4. Rarely though, but there is a possibility that during the peak times, the products ordered by you might run out of stock. However, if this occurs, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would inform you right away if such an occurrence takes place.

How long until i receive my order?

Import duties and taxes

Order Tracking

1. From the time you place your order at our website till it reaches your hand, you can stay updated about the status of your package.

1. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address, Mikismart team can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
