3 Days No Reason Return

For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 3 days and the product is still in brand new condition and with its original packaging, you can return it to us (need to send back all parts) for a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note: We cannot refund your order if we don’t receive your returned package.

Mikismart.com kindly reminds the customers to keep the unused item in the original packaging in the condition that it was delivered. The customer is responsible for any fees that are related to shipping the merchandise back to Mikismart unless the return is a result of our error. We highly recommend that you ship your returns back to us using UPS, FedEx, or a similar service that offers the ability to track the shipment.

7 Days Quality Product Guarantee

  • If the item(s) you received is/are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received.
  • After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a partial/full refund.
  • Merchandise returned as defective is subject to testing before credit will be issued. If the merchandise is not defective per the manufacturer’s specifications, a 35% restocking fee will apply, and return charges will be deducted from the credit issued to the customer.
  • Provide your order number and product code (SKU number)
  • Send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received. 

Repair Policy in Warranty Period

Most of the products are guaranteed with a one-year warranty and spare parts with a seven-day warranty.

  • Unusable condition. If any of your purchases is damaged within the warranty period by non-human factors, please kindly provide us with proof as below: pictures and videos to show the product now is defective. After informing us and getting confirmation from us, you can send the items back for repair (you should pay the shipping fees for returning them). Or you can choose to get a partial/full refund or a new item after confirming by our sales manager.

Non-Refundable Situation

  • Artificial factors (including Disassembly; Misuse, unofficial firmware or software modifications or any other causes of damage are not covered; Drops or falls; Water damage: Being dropped in water, rain, fog or mist droplets, spilling liquid on the phone; or other man-made damage).
  • Any scratch or damage on packaging and appearance
  • Any scratch or damage on the screen and motherboard, other unauthorized third-party repairs
  • Packages and accessories were not included when sent back
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Beginning with your request for a refund, we would try our best to reach an agreement with you within 7 weekdays to conduct the refund operation. After that, how long it takes the refund to the account depends on the payment method you choose:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
